Slim and speedy, the 6-amp Hoover Flair stick cleaner is a handy cleaning tool for bare floors and low carpets. It has a 10-inch floor nozzle for efficient coverage and collects dirt and debris in a bagless dust cup for easy upkeep. The cup is clear for monitoring and pops off quickly to empty in the trash bin. A washable cloth filter is included inside, and an additional side-mounted filter helps keep smaller particles from returning to the atmosphere of your home. In operation, the handle drops to horizontal for maneuvering under furniture, though the oval body may not fit under especially low-slung tables and chairs. Simple to use, the Flair includes a swivel nozzle design and oversized casters for easy turning. A rocker switch on the handle controls power and a foot-pedal toggle changes the nozzle from "bare floors" to "carpets." Great vacuum I have gotten a lot of rechargeable vacuums and got frustrated when the battery died in less than a year. This vacuum is so lite and east to maneuver and has great suction I don't mind the cord at all.

I got this vacuum to have a light, upright vacuum and it came on recommendation to me from a friend's mother. However, all it seems to be able to do is push around the dust on my hardwood floors, even with the filter completely empty. The thing is so ridiculously underpowered, I usually wind up using my hand-vac to take care of jobs the upright should be doing.
It's possible I got a lemon, but as it stands, I wouldn't recommend this vacuum to anyone.

I bought the Hoover Flair Bagless Stick on the recommendation of a friend who owns a separate Hoover Flair Bagless stick for all three floors of his house plus basement. Even after his strong recommendation---and he has four dogs so there is a lot of hair and dirt---I was not prepared for what an efficient little machine this is for the money. I'm planning on replacing my other vacs with this little cutie--I too have a three story house and this will sure beat lugging around thouse big vacs.

I have had this product for 2 weeks and I will be sending it back unless Hoover fixes a major problem.The nozzle head continously falls off as you rotate it during use.I have contacted Hoover and they are supposed to send me a new head.If that does not solve the problem,it goes back.I am happy with all other performance issues and I will keep it and recommend it if the nozzle head issue is fixed.

We bought 4 of these pieces of crap.. late night drunken QVC ordering on my mother's part... all worked great for about 2 weeks and then fell apart in various miserable ways.. cleaned all the filters... tried everything... no luck !like I said.. total POS ! Save your money !
