I am writing this review because I am impressed with this cleaner. I have used many other carpet cleaners by hand. This one is used with a My Steam Vac, however, I have noticed when I get little spills they clean up easily with a rag since I have been cleaning my carpet with this cleaner. I now have used it for touch ups by hand sometimes and it is the best. Wouldn't use anything else now.

I wanted this product. This company J&R Music and Computer World said they had it in stock when they didn't. Now they dont know when they will get it in. So I bought it from walmart not J&R Music and Computer World. Buyer beware!

Don't waste money on the "pet specific" cleaner. This does just as well. The supplier delivered on time with no issues.

My carpets looked cleaner after I used this. For a more stubborn stain, though, you will have to use something more.

It will not take dog pee out of the carpet.. I had make-up in the carpet as well did not work..
