So far (one month of twice weekly use), this model has performed well. We are using it on both carpet (fine wool rugs) and on bare floor, and it is gentle enough for the carpet, but also strong enough to get everything the dogs track in. It is less noisy than our previous vacuum, maneuvers more easily, and is not too heavy to carry around. It is fairly easy to empty the dust container, and I really like not having to remember to have extra bags on hand. It is doing the job for which we bought it, and the price was below what we expected. It was delivered in two days, as promised.

I purchased this vacuum several months ago and I really love it. We have a new home with all hardwood floors or tile and it works beautifully. We have dark leather furniture and a new blonde puppy (our little Reilly) and it really picks up the fur she sheds!! I love the on/off switch being in the handle and it having several speeds/strengths of suction. So easy to use. Very light weight, great suction, easy to put together, easy to take apart to clean and the large wheels make it so smooth to pull around. Like many people, we have had many vacuums over the years and this one is a gem. I don't think it works super on my rugs, but I didn't expect that and it is adequate enough that I don't feel like lowering my rating for that. I highly recommend this to anyone!!

This canister vacuum is lightweight and easy to use. My 2 year old son loves vacuuming the living room with it! It's small so it stores easily.

This is a nice, beautiful, and compact vacuum. The vacuum is actually glossy and shiny in case you are wondering about the picture. It comes with several useful attachments. The vacuum has a variable suction lever near the handle for your thumb to adjust, so you can change the suction power from low to high. The vacuum is bagless. The canister feature is easy to remove and empty. I got this vacuum for about $125.00 with free shipping, so I highly recommend this vacuum if you don't want to spend more.

I bought the vacuum and and was initially quite please with the ease of use, cleaning, power button on handle, carrying handle, etc. Until the thing quit on me. I followed the re-set instructions and it worked again, but then it quit again. I kept on following the re-set instrutions (which require you to unplug the vacuum and let it sit for 1/2 hour, in reality often over 1 hour, totally interrupting my plans) but it kept needing to be re-set after vacuuming for 5 minutes or so, and then it quit completely. When you're having family over in 10 minutes, and your vacuum says "I need to rest for an hour", then it's time to get different vacuum. Don't waste your money on this tired machine.
