Used my daughter's H2O mop. Loved it! Had to have one of my own. Floor does not have that cleaner residue anymore. Chemical-free cleaning system that is great for people with allergies, children and/or pets. The design of this mop makes it easy to clean corners and edges. The floor not only looks clean,it feels clean!

This is the most amazing product! I ordered this after my last one quit working. (After 4 years of almost daily use!) My sister bought the Shark cleaner and is nowhere near as happy as I am with the H2O mop!

I love the mop. It heats quickly and does the job. We had a little bad luck in getting one to work. It took a while for each send/return to the company ( third time was the charm) but we finally ended up with a mop that works and I love it! I'm glad we hung in there. I had seen this mop at my cousin's house and was totally excited about getting one of my own. I cleaned two bathrooms and kitchen in less than 30 mins. The pad cleaned up great in the wash and I'm ready to go again.

I purchased the H2O mop through Amazon in December, 2009. It worked wonderfully the first few times, then it began dripping water everywhere. The directions said to replace the filter about every 6 months; but after only about 6 uses? I attempted to purchase a filter from Thane--they had none in stock. I tried contacting the Marco Polo Trading Company (name on the instruction sheet) THREE times over 3 weeks and was told each time that their "technician" would call me. I'm still waiting. After one week of using the Swiffer again (with all the chemicals), I purchased a Shark and will begin using it. This H2O mop is a piece of garbage! And the one year warranty is a joke! No one will respond. I contacted the BBB. Will Amazon do anything for me?

I visited my aunt in June and I asked her if I could help her clean up after some company. She told me to go and get this mop and I fell in love instantly! This thing is awesome! It heats up fast and HOT!!! I love the way it makes my tile look when it is done. I would highly recommend this mop!
