Very good vacuum, this is the second of this model that we own, the first was purchased a few years ago. We have a 2-story house, so 1 stays upstairs & this one stays downstairs. The only problem we've had with either of them was that the step pedal on the newer one broke after the first couple of uses, which doesn't interfer with the operation just makes securing upright a little more challenging. We did not return for a replacement as we had already thrown out the box it arrived in.

After receiving and sending back the wrong vacuum, I emailed Allergy Be Gone and finally received a response. I was originally told they would send me the correct vacuum, but after waiting several days, I called back and was told that the original vacuum I ordered was no longer in stock. Someone else emailed me from Allergy Be Gone and offered me 10% off an order if I took off the negative feedback, so I responded to his email that this would be fine, however, I never received a confirmation email back from him. That was two weeks ago. I've decided not to do further business with this company.

I've had this thing for almost a year and just replaced it. Yes, it still works...sorta. The bottom line is that it clogs easily, switching from carpet to floor often doesn't work. It's a pain. I spent more time fiddling with it to get it to work and was constantly changing bags, filters, etc. It's just not worth the hassle. The price is reasonable, but that's only if it really worked, which it doesn't most of the time.
