This handheld steamer works FANTASTIC on my large bird cage! Although I still use a bird safe cleaner, this product got deep into the crevices, and other hard to clean areas of the cage. It also does a great job to clean around stool, behind the faucets and in the tub. Now, I don't believe it would do the job all by itself, but I have found I am using less cleaning products and it makes everything smell fresher.

I also own a Haan steam mop so I had confidence in buying another Haan product. I have used the steamer quite a lot in the short time I've owned it and it has worked well so far. Using this product reduces the time I spend on cleaning and I use less commercial cleaning products overall. In my opinion, this is a perfect size for a woman, particularly if your are on the petite side and I don't mind that it doesn't hold more water as others have mentioned. The unit does not have an On/Off button which I do miss (their steam mops do). Other than that I have no complaints. The top has a safety feature where you have to push down to unlock it and remove it to open and then reverse that procedure when closing it. Do take the time to let it cool down a bit in between tasks to avoid burn injury. I don't see this as a drawback. Woman are natural multitaskers so I just do something else while I'm waiting for it to cool down. It does a wonderful job in the kitchen, bath/shower, mirrors, etc. and I am optimistic it will hold up as well as my steam mop has. If you have a husband and kids, you NEED this to tackle some of their messes! Value priced and does the job.

Found this to be a super, super cleaner! Have a sunroom with sliding glass windows. Cleaned all the black yuk out of the tracks and cleaned the windows beautifully! Have used it in other places like Kitchen and Bathrooms and it does a magnificent job. Only problem I found is that you get a ton of attachments with it and no real instruction as to what they are all for and how to use them.

Before I start, I usually give out good reviews. This product is just ridiculous! It doesn't clean as easy like the one on TV ... NOT EVEN CLOSE TO IT. I own the haan mop, that was a great product. but this??? If you're looking to make your life easier, stay away from this. You've been warned. I can't recommend anything else because after testing out this product, I refuse to try any steaming product. Bad experience for me. I'll only stick to my haan mop steamer and that is it for haan.

This is the best investment I ever made! It works wonderfully! I cleaned my entire bathroom including walls, windows, screen for windows, shower curtain, cabinets...everything. What I loved about it was that everything is clean without a tacky residue like some cleaning products leave behind. After my bathroom was clean, I cleaned my stove top. It took off all the old stains that I was unable to remove. I cleaned my microwave and then cleaned the screens for the fan over the stove - I hadn't cleaned that in years. It took a while to get all the gunk off it, but it worked without any elbow grease. Love all the attachments that came with the unit. What might be a downside to some is that you have about 15 minutes worth of steam in the unit, but a bigger unit would be too heavy to hold for any length of time. I didn't find it a problem waiting for the unit to cool down (2-3 minutes), then refilling the water and waiting for the water to heat up (another 3 minutes). I'm a multi-tasker, so it wasn't an issue for me. I highly recommend this product. My appliances never had this shine to them before!
