This vacuum is undoubtedly stronger than any cordless vac I've encountered. One thing I don't like is that the 'exhaust' air comes out of the vac in such a way that it blows the little wispy fur clumps from my ever-shedding cats out away from the mouth of the vacuum and even worse fly up into the air, only to float down as your putting the vac away. I've tried adjusting the angle of how I hold the machine, but nothing seems to work. Other than that, I found the rubber nozzle only moderately effective, and it's hard not to get your hands dirty and dust all over when removing/cleaning the filters. Some people say the cord is long, but I would have liked it even longer. Definitely a very strong, powerful vacuum, but it has its drawbacks.

I saw comments before buying it, but seeing is believing. This product is great for carpeted stairs, with or without pets, as it gets the crevices and is lightweight. Highly recommend this product!

This thing is the biggest P.O.S. ever! What kind of a dumbass engineer designs a vacuum cleaner with the exhaust air blowing right at the suction end. Tried this product out on the steps and blew 2/3 of the dust and pet hair up in the air and in my face. I would give it no stars if that were an option.

I bought this for my stairs in my condo. Having a border collie with black AND white hair leaves no surface safe. My regular upright vacuum works fine for the carpets, but on the stairs, it was just kicking the hair and dirt up.
The cord is a good length which made the job easy, and the suction was great. It was really easy to empty and the perfect size for my closet shelf until I need to use it again.
For this price (which by the way is cheaper than Walmart), you can't beat it.

This is a great handheld vacuum! We have 2 pekingese dogs, and even though they are groomed monthly, still shed quite a bit. This sturdy little vacuum picks up the dog hairs on furniture and other places very well! It has a good motor, and is easy to use with the handle on top. It is worth every penny!
